StatSheet Projects Ohio as CIT Team: 02/16/2012

StatSheet is projecting Ohio will go to the CIT. The Bobcats are ranked #91 in the StatSheet StatRank with a 20-6 overall record and an 8-4 record in the MAC.

During its last four games, Ohio grabbed wins against Bowling Green and Central Michigan but also sank seriously with bad losses to RPI #221 Eastern Michigan and RPI #257 Toledo.

Ohio has a 4-2 record against the RPI Top 100 but an 0-1 record against the RPI Top 50 and AP Top 25. While the Bobcats have no quality wins, they're hampered by four bad losses including RPI #221 Eastern Michigan, RPI #257 Toledo, RPI #151 Bowling Green, and RPI #114 Robert Morris.

The last four teams into the NCAA Tournament with at-large bids are Kansas State (17-8, 6-7 Big 12, StatRank #58), Illinois (16-10, 5-8 Big Ten, StatRank #54), NC State (18-7, 7-3 ACC, StatRank #49), and South Florida (16-10, 9-4 Big East, StatRank #57).

The first four teams out are LSU (15-10, 5-6 SEC, StatRank #78), Minnesota (17-9, 5-8 Big Ten, StatRank #70), St. Joseph's (PA) (17-10, 7-5 A-10, StatRank #46), and Washington (17-8, 10-3 Pac 12, StatRank #69).

The next four out are Arkansas (17-9, 5-6 SEC, StatRank #71), Brigham Young (21-6, 9-3 West Coast, StatRank #48), Colorado (17-8, 9-4 Pac 12, StatRank #70), and Oregon (18-7, 9-4 Pac 12, StatRank #69).
